Materials
Materials are an ingredient
of success
Only perfect ingredients can result in a perfect product. That is why when working on
new projects and in the production we only use the best materials that are
certified and approved for use in the cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries.

new projects and in the production we only use the best materials that are
certified and approved for use in the cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries.
These include:
HDPE
High-density polyethylene
It is harder than PE-LD, has a higher mechanical strength, higher melting point and higher barrier properties than gases and higher chemical resistance; it is less transparent (milky white).
Laminate
Composite
Multi-layer material in the form of foil from which the tube body is rolled. It is available in PBL (with a plastic barrier) and in ABL (with an aluminium barrier).
PE
Polyethylene
A polyethylene polymer, a flexible, waxy, thermoplastic material used in the manufacture of packaging.
PP
Polypropylene
This polymer from the polyolefin group is one of the two –most commonly used plastics, besides PE. It is more rigid and more resistant.
LLDPE
Linear low-density polyethylene
It is more transparent, has greater fracture and puncture resistance, and a higher tensile strength.
LDPE
Low-density polyethylene
It is a variety of polyethylene, more flexible and softer, which retains elasticity at low temperatures, and is completely physiologically neutral.
PCR
Recycled material
Post-Consumer Recycled material – Regranulate
