2021.05.28 Plan to merge DAFO Plastics SA and DD Investment sp. z o.o.
In connection with the intention to merge, under Article 492 §1(1) of the CCC, of DAFO Plastics SA (as the acquiring company) and DD Investment sp. z o.o. (as the company being acquired), the Management Boards of the Companies have agreed on this Merger Plan.
