Dear Clients of Dafo Plastics,
We are pleased to announce that on 26 September 2025, the shareholders of Dafo Plastics S.A. signed a preliminary agreement to sell 100% of the shares to the Lerg S.A. - the largest Polish manufacturer of synthetic resins, founder of the LERG Group.
Completion of the transaction will occur upon the satisfaction of customary conditions and receipt of the required approvals.
The LERG Group is a leading chemical group (revenue exceeding PLN 2.5bn) composed of leading companies in the chemical industry. The LERG Group includes, among others, Lerg SA, Marpol sp. z o.o., GTX Hanex Plastic Sp. z o.o., Permedia sp. z o.o., ZTS IZO-ERG sp. z o.o., Sarzyna Chemical sp. z o.o., and WeButex.
Our priority remains seamless cooperation and stable operations. At this stage, we are operating without changes, we are fulfilling orders under existing rules, meeting deadlines, and honoring commercial terms.
We are confident that the involvement of an experienced investor will bring additional resources - capital, know-how, and strategic support - that will translate into the further development of our company and and even stronger offering for our clients. The LERG Group has declared its intention to continue long-standing relationships with our business partners and to build shared value.
This change process has been planned responsibly, with respect for the values that have guided our organization for years. We are committed to transparent communication and operational stability. We view this transaction as an opportunity for the continued, long-term growth of Dafo Plastics.
